STRAIC is not liable to do any kind of refund until issue is not being investigated precisely.

Our priority is to deliver error free and smooth service experience to our clients. Still any problem is faced by the client than Initial efforts are made to rectify every kind of technical glitch.

  • No services have a same course of action. So, refund policy differs from services to services.
  • STRAIC is not liable for any fee refund if the fee is paid for services delivered or in process.
  • After the completion of the service, no refund will be done.
  • Refund will not be applicable if the fee is remunerated for premium services such as:
    1. Installation charges
    2. Domain registration
    3. Maintenance charges
    4. Administrative fee and so on.
  • Refunds (if paid) by the company will be excluded of the tax levied by regulatory bodies.
  • STRAIC will not be accountable to pay any refund. In case of:
    1. The delay of services
    2. Disruption of services
    3. Unethical disturbance

i.e Caused by any third party engrossment.

  • If company finds any violation to its terms and condition, STRAIC holds the right to cancel the services anytime.
  • STRAIC is not liable in any case to refund if the service cancellation occurs due to the violation of our Terms and Conditions.
  • Policies can be changed by the company anytime as and when required, and will be updated on the website itself.
